News from Omaha: 2013 U.S. Figure Skating Championships

Written By: Riedell | January 24, 2013

Hello from Omaha! We’ve seen some wonderful skating so far this week at the 2013 U.S. Figure Skating Championships, and with three more days of competition, we’re sure to see a lot more!

Some events have already wrapped up. Congrats to Riedell’s Vincent Zhou, who earned the gold medal in junior men’s. Vincent received the second-highest score in competition history for a junior man. Also, great job to Riedell skater Katia Shpilband for placing 12th in junior ladies. And Riedell junior pair skaters Madeline Aaron & Max Settlage finished third. Our talented Riedell skaters make us so proud!

Tonight the senior pairs and senior ladies take to the ice! Keep your eyes on Riedell’s Kiri Baga, who is competing in both events—she’ll have a busy night!
