Riedell Skaters Compete in 30th Skate America Event!

Be sure to catch NBC coverage of Skate America this Sunday from 2:00-4:00pm EST.  The 30th Skate America competition has kicked off in Lake Placid, New York. Since 1979, international senior skaters have come to Lake Placid to compete in this thrilling three-day event as part of the ISU Grand Prix Series.  This year, check out Riedell skaters Rachael Flatt and Canadian Pairs skater Craig Buntin.  Expect exciting performances from both Riedell skaters as they continue great seasons.

Happy Birthday Craig Buntin!

Today Riedell recognizes the birthday of our skater, Craig Buntin. Craig is a Canadian pairs skater who most recently won the 2009 Canadian silver medal with partner Meagan Duhamel. Happy birthday Craig!

Riedell Skater Craig Buntin and Partner Close to the Top

Riedell Skater Craig Buntin and his partner Meagan Duhamel continue to deliver spectacular performances as they work their way to the top, winning the bronze medal at Canadians in 2008 and improving to the silver in 2009.

Buntin and Duhamel were sixth at Worlds in 2008 and eighth in 2009. The couple placed fourth at this year’s Four Continents Championships in Vancouver. They also won a bronze medal at Trophée Eric Bompard in 2008. Click here to read more about Buntin’s success.

Congrats to Riedell Canadian Skaters

Congratulations to Joannie Rochette who captured her 5th consecutive Canadian Women’s Figure Skating title at the 2009 Canadian Figure Skating Championships.

Congratulations to Craig Buntin who placed 2nd in the pairs competition at the 2009 Canadian Figure Skating Championships.

You both made Riedell proud!
