Don’t miss this spring skating competition, where synchro teams of all ages and levels show their spirit and skill. The 2013 ISI Synchronized Championships will take place from April 12-14 in Blaine, Minnesota—Riedell’s home state!
If your team is competing at Synchro Champs this year, here are the top 10 things to look forward to (via Recreational Ice Skating magazine):
10. Wearing matching outfits with your teammates
9. Traveling with your team (bus/plane trips and hotel rooms/door decorations)
8. Parking lot warm-ups
7. Visiting the Mall of America, the largest shopping and entertainment complex in the country!
6. Skating at Schwan Super Rink, home to 8 ice rinks under one roof
5. Showing off your spirit wear and training pins with new friends!
4. Team makeup sessions and locker room jokes
3. Watching your parents go crazy in the stands

So glad you had a great time. Congrats to your daughter and her team!
It was so much fun! Especially when my daughter’s team got their first place medals! These little girls sure worked hard this year! Maybe some other teams will add a tot group to their line ups next season 🙂
